demolition services on the existing cooling tower at the Tennessee Recreation Center for Students (TRECS) located at:2111VolunteerBlvd,Knoxville,TN37996.Scope of work will include removing the current pearling's where the existing tower sits, cleaning the roof area and leaving no debris.NOTE:The entire steel structure is not being removed,only the pearling's that the existing tower is sitting on.The main structure will remain. Deadline for questions 04/11/2023 at 2:00 PM EST If the initial Contract Sum as awarded exceeds $100,000, Contractor shall provide Contract Bond, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of Contract Sum covering faithful performance of contract and payment of obligations arising thereunder.
