The work includes the following approximate quantities for construction: Low Pressure Sewer, DR 11 HDPE, 1.25-Inch 220 LF Low Pressure Sewer, DR 11 HDPE, 4-Inch 200 LF 8-Inch PVC Sanitary Sewer 320 LF Sanitary Manhole 1 EA Grinder Pump Station, Complete 1 LS 6-Inch Water main 40 LF 8-Inch Water main 305 LF 12-Inch Water main 230 LF Additional Description: The anticipated substantial completion date is 9/2/2023 and final completion date is 9/9/2023. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. 60 Plato Boulevard East, Suite 140, St. Paul, MN 55107-1835The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages.
