| Description | Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to fabricate, deliver, and install the SprayApplied Polyurethane Foam Air Barrier for the Rockingham YDC project located at 424 Elliot Road, Reidsville, NC 27230. Sprayed Applied Polyurethane Foam shall be performed in accordance with the included NCDPS Sprayed Applied Polyurethane Foam Scope of work document and in accordance with the included NCDPS Contract Drawings and Contract Specifications Dated March 03, 2020. Any scope of work-related questions, clarifications, or assumptions made that would change the drawings or specifications shall be submitted during the bid package review period. Responses to pre-bid scope of work-related questions, clarifications, or assumptions will be issued in an addendum so that all bidders have an opportunity to review. |
