Window Replacement at the Greenwood Gardens development including replacement of vinyl and clad-wood windows with new windows, related flashings, interior and exterior trim, and painting work. Estimated Cost: 713.02K Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Architect. Question Deadline 09/07/2023 1. Replacing existing clad-wood and vinyl windows (varies by location) with new construction vinyl windows, and the associated insulation of cavities exposed around the rough opening by the removal of the windows, taping, flashing and caulking to deliver a weathertight installation. 2. Carpentry work including new interior wood trim and new exterior PVC trim. 3. Painting interior and exterior window trim. 4. Disconnection and reinstallation of existing doorbells, where they are currently installed on siding or window casings affected by the Work. 5. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
