Description | Complete proposals will be received for the following work categories in accordance with drawings and specifications as prepared by the Architect, Engineers and Construction Manager. BID CATEGORY 1: MECHANICAL - ALL TRADES This project consists of Mechanical Renovations to Jessie Rouse Elementary School. The Mechanical contractor shall bid as prime and shall include all trades work in their proposal. This project will be funded by federal ESSER Funds so the payment of Davis-Bacon Wages is required. The Owner requires that SEALED BIDS be delivered to the school district's administration building prior to the bid due date and time. No email or electronic bidding (through Building Connected) is allowed.
