Description

The scope of this project includes the removal and replacement of the existing Smardt Chiller with a new 340-ton chiller, all electrical modifications as required, and the installation of a new refrigerant evacuation system. The contractor will reuse the existing pumps where possible, replace the condenser side piping and install a chemical treatment system.
