Description

The work includes complete removal and disposal of nuisance trees on private property that have been condemned by the city as described in the specifications. This includes, but not limited to, diseased and infested trees. Stump grinding is not included in this contract. The two-year contract will cover removal 2023 - 2024. Work may begin once a contract has been fully endorsed with completion by dates stated in the project specifications. Prospective bidders may contact Mike Bahe, Natural Resources Manager, at 952.924.2699 with questions no later than noon on January 17. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park shall accompany each bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
