Monitoring Well Drilling Services

As of September 02, 2022, this project did not receive any bids but a new bid date has not been established. The Board of Supervisors of Tazewell County Virginia are currently accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform drilling services at the Tazewell Landfill. Questions concerning the bid or pre-bid conference will be responded to by emailing kdunford@tazewellcounty.org. The Tazewell County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive any informality, to reject any and all bids if it appears in Tazewell Countys best interest to do so, and accept only that bid deemed to be in the best interest of Tazewell County, Virginia A responsible bidder will: 1. Provide proof that they are a licensed contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia 2. Provide proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1 Million Dollars 3. Pledge that they are in compliance or will comply with all workers compensation laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. 4. Provide a list of equipment available to them to deploy on the project and their anticipated hours of labor they intend to use on the project. 5. Provide proof of bidder's corporate status where applicable. II. A responsive bid will state the price for the materials and labor for performing the drilling of the well as indicated by the specifications listed below.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
