Description Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, insurance, supervision and any other items required to Replace Operating Room Chillers at the VA Medical Center (VAMC). Project will replace the two air-cooled chillers that are currently serving the operating rooms. Other modifications to the chilled water system will be performed to improve the performance of the chillers.
