Academic Success Center at DH Hill Library

CThe DH Hill Library Academic Success Center is a 40,000-sqaure foot renovation of two floors in the building's north and south wings, built respectively in 1972 and 1990. In addition to new interior finishes, the renovation scope includes the installation of a monumental staircase connecting the first floor mezzanine with the second and third floors, as well as the replacement of the adjacent exterior masonry with a three story curtainwall system. The project also includes three (3) new AHU's on the fourth floor to serve the newly created stair opening, second and third floors, amongst other sizable modifications to the existing systems and infrastructure associated with the change in use and compliance with building codes. The library will remain occupied and in operation throughout the duration of construction.
