Johnie R. Daniel Elementary and Hatfield Elementary Replacement

This job consists of the construction of 2 new elementary school facilities for Northwest ISD. Johnie R. Daniel Elementary and Hatfield Elementary are both approximately 101,000 square foot, 2-story schools. Both projects are new ground up construction, but the Hatfield Elementary is a replacement for an existing campus so it will include a building demolition scope and sitework remobilizations that the other campus will not have. There are Alternates on the project, some of which will only apply to one campus or the other, and some that apply to both. Please review these Alternates carefully, and submit pricing accordingly as they may pertain to your scope of work.
