Park Equipment Recapitalization - Irrigation Evaluation, Repair and Improvement Project

Two-step process to provide Design Build Services for the City of Pearland Park Equipment Recapitalization - Irrigation Evaluation, Repair and Improvement Project. The project is to provide for the audit/troubleshooting, repair, and integration of central control features for park facilities via two phases. Phase 1 will include the general evaluation and assessment of the existing irrigation systems throughout park facilities and will provide a priority plan for the schedule and repair of the existing systems. Phase I will also include the development of a standardized irrigation model, including centralized control, for City parks that will be utilized for the redevelopment of existing and for future parks. Phase II will include the final design and implementation of the recommended plan developed in the Phase 1 evaluation.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
