| Description | Set Aside: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises. The objective is to complete an Environmental Assessment (EA) for District 14, which shall include (1) internal scoping, (2) public/agency scoping, (3) a literature review, (4) alternatives development and refinement, (5) project schedule and monthly status calls, (6) maintaining the administrative record, (7) preparation of the Internal Draft EA, (8) camera-ready DEA, (9) DEA public and agency review meetings, (10) public review comment analysis, (11) responses to public comment and text changes, (12) preparation of FEA, (13) Endangered Species Act (ESA) section 7 compliance, and (14) National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) compliance. These tasks are described below as Environmental Assessment (EA) Tasks in the section “Services to be Completed”. |
