Description

** As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information. For Building Demolition Services at 108 Clinton Street The Bid is effective for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid closing date, as indicated above. The term of any resulting contracts shall be for a period of approximately ninety (90) days commencing upon Governor & Council approval and ending thereafter on August 31, 2022. The State of New Hampshire shall have the right to terminate the contract at any time by giving the Contractor thirty (30) days advance written notice. All questions regarding this RFB, including clarifications and proposed specification changes must be submitted to Peter Levasseur, Department of Safety, Division of Administration, at peter.e.levasseur@dos.nh.gov. All requests must be received in writing no later than 9:00 AM on April 18,2022. Vendor must include complete contact information including the vendor's name, telephone number and fax number and e-mail address. All offers shall remain valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the Bid Due Date. A vendors disclosure or distribution of proposals other than to Department of Safety, Division of Administration, Facilities Management Bureau, will be grounds for disqualification. No more than one (1) bid per respondent should be submitted. The contract award shall be made to a Vendor meeting all terms and conditions of this RFB and providing the lowest total cost of the four areas of demolition. Demolition of brick 1 story structure located at 108 Clinton Street in Concord, NH. - All material to be properly disposed. - Foundation and slab will be demolished, removed, and sent to be recycled. - Basement hole to be backfilled as best as possible by using existing onsite material.
