Description

Construction Phase One is the construction of the new rear Vestibule, Elevator and Ornamental Stair, plus finish out of the Second Floor as shown on the Contract Documents. Construction Phase One must be completed and occupied prior to the start of Construction Phase two. Construction Phase Two is the renovation of the existing first floor. Work will include demolition, renovations and new construction within the existing building as shown on the Contract Drawings. Construction Phase Two must be completed and occupied prior to the start of Construction Phase Three.
