| Description | The Contractor shall develop, establish, and maintain a comprehensive Switchgear Maintenance and Emergency Services Program designed to meet the needs of the BEP. The scope of this effort shall include an Inspection & Preventative Maintenance program in order to keep the equipment fully operational 24x7 throughout contract performance. All testing, inspection, and service requirements shall be completed per factory specifications and this scope of work. The scope shall also include scheduled site visits in each contract year, to perform operating inspections and maintenance services to protect against unpredictable repair expenditures, as well as ensuring system efficiency in order to keep the equipment fully operational at all times. |
