Hannah and Ottawa Buildings - Replace HVAC System

The scope of work is for both the Hannah and Ottawa Buildings and includes the following but is not limited to replacing Air Handling Units, perimeter heating pumps, side stream filters, heat exchangers, and upgrading HVAC and lighting controls based on the drawings and specifications dated April 25, 2022 by Matrix Consulting Engineers. Site Visit 05/12/2022 at 08:00 AM Mandatory Mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held. Please meet in the lobby of the Ottawa Building at 611 W. Ottawa Street, Lansing, MI 48933 Site Visit 05/12/2022 at 12:00 PM Mandatory Mandatory If contractors are interested there is an opportunity to walk the site again next Thursday, from from 12:00pm-2:00pm. This will need to be coordinated with Brent West (phone 517-282-2515).
