The Work Shall Also Include Surface Preparation With Thorough Cleaning and Pressure Washing Prior to Roof Coating Work of the Turnpike Operations Center Building #4393 Located At Pompano Beach Service Plaza, Floridas Turnpike Mainline, Milepost 65. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) Shall Be Currently Licensed and Hold a Certification or Registration Issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as Roofing Contractor in Strict Accordance With Chapter 489, Florida Statues.
