Labor and Materials for Maintenance HVAC Services

The Springfield Housing Authority will receive quotes for the furnishing of all labor and materials for maintenance HVAC services for the Springfield Housing Authority's office at 60 Congress St., Springfield MA. This contract will be for three (3) years, commencing or about August 1, 2022 until July 31, 2025 pending availability of funds for years two and three. In the SHA's sole discretion, this contract may be renewed for a period of up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The total duration of the contract, including all options, shall not exceed five (3) years. The Contractor shall perform and furnish all necessary work and insurance affidavits required as described herein. Appointments will be made to see roofing units by contacting Howard Coro @ 413-426-5176. The SHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts therein. Award of this contract is subject to approval by the SHA Board of Commissioners.
