| Description | The McMinnville Tourism Development Authority will receive bids for directional/wayfinding outdoor signage not to exceed $21,000. Price will include the designing and printing of the signs. Signs should focus on McMinnville Parks and Recreation areas and downtown areas within the corporate city limits. The project must be completed by February 22th. Contract will be awarded based on the lowest and/or best bid. Tourism Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals. By virtue of bidding, the interested parties guarantee the fee quoted in the proposed bid will remain firm, including the time from when the bids are opened until acceptance and awarding of the contract.
