Miner`s Union Hall Phase 1 Stabilization

Requests the removal of upper walls of the rear portion of an existing building. Phase 1 extent of work includes the removal of the existing brick walls down to the existing Second Floor structure as noted on the plans, stepping the bricks as required. The top of the walls that have been removed shall be covered with a EPDM membrane as noted on the plans for weather protection. Coordinate with Owner on removal of brick and potential for salvage of some brick to be reused on the facade. Contractor to protect public and adjacent properties as required to maintain safe conditions. Work shall be done in weather acceptable for patching of existing masonry if required.
