Pressure washing area, contractor shall perform a flood test and fix any bird bath areas greater than 1/8” in depth and repair cracks. Include Laykold professional grade fiberglass over both courts. 3. Resurface 1 coat of professional grade fiberglass over both courts, resurface 1 coat of professional grade by Laykold, three coats of color professional grade UV Resistant by Laykold. 4.
