Description | East Elementary Selective Demolition The project consists of the Demolition work, structural improvements on a portion of building identified to remain and site improvements on portions of the MACCRAY Public Schools East Elementary Building/Property, located at 309 Day St N, Raymond, MN 56282. Schedule: Demolition and Structural work: December 18, 2022, Final Site Improvements: May 26, 2023 Prevailing Wage: No Each Bidder must submit their Bid in duplicate on the Bid Form provided in the Project Manual (Specification Section 00 41 13). Absolutely no oral, electronic (i.e. email), telegraphic, telephonic proposals or modifications to the Bid Form will be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in form of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in amount of 5% of base bid submitted, made payable to INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #2180, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted bid. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening Bids, without the consent of the Owner The anticipated date in which the School Board will award contracts is tentatively scheduled for September 26, 2022, Work to begin immediately after receipt of the signed Contract from the Owner; including submission of Payment & Performance Bonds and Insurance Certificate. Pre-construction and Applicable Permitting work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. Work on site will begin on the premises no later than October 3rd and coordinated with abatement efforts with the District's Health & Safety Consultant (IEA) and abatement contractor (MAAC). Owner requires all demolition and structural work to be completed no later than December 18, 2022. With any required site required final site improvements (final grading, seeding, final grading, etc) to be completed no later than May 26, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to accept a bid or to reject any or all bids, parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in Bidding |
