Description

The Contractor will provide all labor and materials for concrete and flatwork to include but not limited to the renovation of existing parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, and flatwork. Renovations will consist of excavation of existing earth in selected locations, installation of new subgrade base materials, installation of new hot mix asphaltic concrete, installation of traffic marking paint, and installation of car stops and pavers. The Contractor will be responsible for repairing any damage to existing walks, landscaping, irrigation systems, or structures related to project activities.
