| Description | Renovation of the existing permanent supportive housing. C. Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. 3/4” exterior sheathing at all corners 2. Building wrap 3. Exterior vinyl siding 4. Metal railing and hand rails D. Asbestos and Lead Abatement. 1. General Contractor shall be responsible for following Safe Lead Practices during construction. General Contractor shall include cost and labor required for lead testing by Community Action after completion. General Contractor shall be fully responsible for any Work required if any or all lead testing does not pass inspection without financial compensation and / or change orders. See Lead Paint report in appendix section of these specifications. 2. Asbestos abatement is not in contract and shall be completed prior to this Project. |
