RFQ - Weatherization Assistance Program

The Weatherization scope of work includes electrical lighting upgrades and/or replacement, mechanical ventilation adjustments and cleaning, roof insulation, heating system upgrades or replacements, heating systems clean and tune, asbestos inspection and/or abatement, pipe wrap, lead inspections and/or testing, and door and window replacement/repairs using lead safe practices. Equipment purchases include energy efficient refrigerators, LED lightbulbs, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, low-flow showerheads, and shower and kitchen aerators. Deadline for Submission of Questions May 24, 2023 by 5:00 PM EST The Corporation reserves the right to deploy, at its sole discretion, a variety of methods and communication approaches to contact references, depending on what the Corporation deems to be the most effective and efficient manner. Respondents must request a dedicated Dropbox for submitting their bids via the designated email. Any contacts/inquiries shall also be made via the designated email.
