2022 Lead Service Line Replacement

**As of December 27,2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January** Proiect includes the replacement ofapproximately 23 private and/or public side lead or galvanized water service lines under the baso bid item. Two altemate bids include up to an additional 10 lead or galvanized water service lines for replacoment depending upon availability of funds. The project is partially funded hrough an H2Ohio Grant with an Ohio EPA WSRLA loan. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible lor full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if ani, obtained from sourcgs other than the lssuing Otfice. Each bidder musl be a registered plan holder with ms consultanta, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. All requosts tor interpretiations of the moaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents must be rscsivsd at least six davs prior to the bid opening for consideration. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in biddino. Bids for the above-iiescribEd work must bs submittod on blanks turnished with the bidding documents. Said bids must be submitted as one original and one copy. Bidders shall tumish proof of qualifications to pertorm the Work as described in Article 3 of the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security shall be fumished in accordance with Article I in the lnstructions to Bidders. Bidders shall comply wih all statutory requirements in accordance with Article 24 of the lnstructions toBidders. The Contract Times will commence running as indicated on the Bid Form.
