| Description | Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary to construct and complete the Project, including, but not limited to, the following: 1) Mobilization; 2) Relieving platform, concrete slab on mini-piles; 3) Relocation of the 36" Sanitary Sewer with bypass pumping; 4) Rock excavation for sewer construction; 5) PCB Remediation (2 hot spots, 30' x 30'); 6) Protection of existing duct banks; 7) Clearing Site without affecting NJ TRANSIT and AMTRAK structures , systems, or overhead utilities, consisting of removal of rail, ties, trees and shrubs, debris piles, and miscellaneous structures; 8) Demolition of existing building and shed with asbestos and lead paint removal; 9) Rough grading and stone surfacing; 10) Install soil erosion and sediment control measures; 11) Demobilization. | ||||||
