| Description | The scope of this order is to remove and dispose of wastewater and sludge from the burn pan in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contractor agrees to clean up any spills, leaks or discharges that occur during the performance of work under this order. Cleanup shall comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and procedures and be at no cost to the Government. Optional scope is to fill the burn pan with 60,000 gallons fresh water. | ||
