As of August 29, 2022, project was awarded to Economy Electric Heating and Cooling, but awarded amount is not available. The East Chicago Housing Authority (ECHA) is issuing this notice to notify the public of the public bid opening for the proposals received from qualified contractors that submitted proposals for the Heating and Air Conditioning replacement on scattered sites at ECHA properties.
