Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Carbon County School District Number One, Rawlins, Wyoming 82301, hereinafter referred to as owner , will receive sealed bid proposals for the Rawlins High School Partial Roof Replacement The Owner will follow Wyoming State Statutes including W. S. 16-6-101, to 16-6-121, Wyoming preference for Wyoming residents and products. W. S. 16-6-202-206 for Resident Labor. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding or in any bid, reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of Carbon County School District Number One. The Owner does not bind themselves in any way to accept the low bid.
