| Description | The major portion of the work under this contract includes all labor, materials and services necessary for, or reasonably incidental to, the boarding and re-boarding of vacant buildings and other related services at various locations in the City of Saint Paul for the City of Saint Paul. In addition, the City is also responsible for buildings where water services are still hooked-up and therefore need to be winterized. This contract will cover properties that need to be boarded along with other related restoration and cleanup services |
