Maintenance Shop Facility

Scope: Truss 4-12 pitch, Trusses shall be on 48 in centers in shop area and 24 in centers in the office area. Diagonal braces shall be run on top of truss bottom core on 12’ centers. Shop walls studs shall be on 24 in centers and office area on 16 in centers. Single bubble insulation shall be installed between metal and wood on all exterior walls and roof. Triple jacks shall be installed on all garage door headers. 29-gauge metal. Doors: . CECO Mfr. Model #CHMD X HG30 68 X CYL-CE-18ga-WG with half glass or equal. CECO Mfr. Model #CHMD x FL30 70 x MORT-CE-18ga with 12in x 12in louvered vent or equal. Paylon PE-1500 Series Double swinging doors with 16in x 16in window, full perimeter seals. Color Cloud Gray or equal. ReliaBilt Colonist 6 panel solid core door. All exterior windows to be vinyl double pane. Bathroom walls shall be covered with Trusscore (or Equal) wall and ceiling board completely trimmed. All trim and the bottom horizontal board shall be gray. All other white. Ceiling to be slick finish dry wall. All 9 ft walls and ceilings to be slick finish dry wall. Base trim shall be 5 ¼ mdf. All walls, doors and trim shall be paint ready. Shop ceiling to covered with 29-gauge artic white metal. Shop wall shall be covered with Trusscore (or Equal) wall and ceiling board completely trimmed. All trim and the bottom horizontal board shall be gray. All other white. Trusscore shall be installed to a height of 8’. 29-qauge artic white metal to be installed above the Trusscore to the ceiling with gray trim.
