Jefferson Drive Drainage and Pavement Improvements

The Work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals required for the full removal and replacement of approximately 122 feet of Jefferson Drive & Monroe Drive of a 15-inch depth of approximately 340 square yards of asphalt pavement including a new pavement section consisting of 6” aggregate base, 6” asphalt concrete base, 1-3/4 inch thickness of asphalt intermediate course and 1-1/4 inch thickness of asphalt surface course. Approximately 244 feet of concrete curb removal and replacement is required. Approximately 1,321 square yards of sports court asphalt pavement to a depth of 4-inches is being removed. Four street catch basins are being removed and replaced along with the addition of 160 feet of 24” storm sewer and 2 new precast storm manholes.
