Project will require 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Performance and Payment Bond format will be provided. Contractor will be responsible for the recording of all bonds with Pam Childers, Clerk of The Circuit Court of Escambia County Florida The work shall be substantially complete within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the Commencement Date. Contractor agrees to fully complete all work included above within One Hundred Thirty-Five (135) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages of $150 each day will be assessed for each calendar day that completion of the project is delayed. Deadline for Questions November 28, 2022 / 4:00 PM CT
