| Description | Pole Locations: Swan Street – Pole 9 Albany Avenue – Pole 5A Albany Avenue – Pole 3 Contractor will supply all labor and equipment Contractor will supply a list of materials needed, 4 to 6 weeks prior to start of work, must include what type of material is needed for backfill Contractor is responsible for picking up all materials @ 50 Cohoes Avenue, and delivering to job site Contractor is responsible for all traffic controls and safety procedures Contractor must notify GIPA if an outage is needed, to provide adequate time to customers (must give notice before disconnecting power) Contractor is responsible to bring all old materials / debris to 50 Cohoes Avenue GIPA is responsible for properly disposing / recycling all used materials GIPA will supply all materials |
