Description

The Projects consist of rehabilitation and reconstruction of failing street segments, which may include but not be limited to removal and replacement of pavement structural section and base materials, subgrade treatment and compaction, and reclamation and reuse of materials on site.Projects may also include associated concrete curb, gutter, ramp and sidewalk removal and replacement, and other related work such as signage, striping and markings, storm drains, and street lighting. Soil and groundwater conditions vary greatly throughout the City, and several streets are directly on top of or in the vicinity of Bay Mud. Roadway structural sections vary and include both asphalt concrete and PCC concrete pavements.
