consultant job no 21316.15 This is an upgrade of the components of the video security system. o Work shall include but not be limited to: o Install cabling, security cameras, network switches and servers/storage to support the new andexisting cameras plus the growth factor. See specs and drawings. o Replace existing camera monitoring PC's and provide new PC's as noted on the drawings andspecifications. o Electrical system upgrades for UPS and power to devices. o For new cameras, provide costs to include license software maintenance thru July 1, 2024. Genetecbase camera licenses shall be transferred from the owners' pool of licenses. o New cameras are cameras above and beyond the existing quantity of cameras. Existing cameras andcameras to be replaced already have licensing thru July 1, 2024 o For new monitoring PC's (not Replaced PC's) provide Genetec licenses o Fully load the latest Genetec software on the servers and PC's and upgrade all new and existingcamera software to the latest firmware that is compatible with the Genetec software. o Provide full documentation and as-builts of network connectivity and camera locations and cameranumbers on red-lined PDF documents. See specifications for full closeout documentation required. o See details and floorplans for UPS and power requirements. o Add surge protection devices on exterior and pole mounted cameras o Electrical updates shall include but not be limited to: o New camera Poles exterior to buildings where noted. o Installation of new UPS in the Admin building with distribution to user PC's and monitors in the Admin building o Replacement of all existing camera UPS o Addition of surges suppression and grounding of all external cameras, new and existing. o Underground boring and trenching to new poles and camera locations o Ground Penetrating Radar shall be implemented at all underground work areas.
