General Construction and Repair Services

The intent and purpose of this invitation for bids is to establish a term, Job Order Contract (hereinafter referred to as JOC). Scope of service is on an “as needed” basis determined by the Township of Toms River, provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and other incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance for general construction and repair services. These services shall include work on selected types of equipment and systems to be performed on an hourly basis. As examples, the work may include, but not limited to, the installation of a new door and frame, glazing, painting, replace and/or repair ceiling tiles, replace and/or repair floor covering, replace and/or repair curbs and sidewalks, a complete structure, etc. This bid does not include HVAC, roofing, electrical or plumbing work or any other work covered under Township bids.
