Parking lot rehabilitation to improve vehicular circulation and the safety of pedestrian movements with removal and replacement of pavement, curb replacement, drainage, lighting, brick paving, and enhanced crosswalks. removal of the existing trees, excavation, disposal of unsuitable materials, hot-mix asphalt pavement, brick pavers, sidewalks, driveways, curb and gutter, repairs and preparation of the underlying aggregate base, and construction of hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, curb replacement, parking lot lighting, gate access control, utility structure adjustment, utility improvements, driveway apron and sidewalk replacement, pavement markings, pedestrian enhancement crosswalks, sodding, and restoration of affected areas throughout the Village Hall campus parking lots.
