| Description | Bids will be reviewed by the Brown County Commission at a subsequent meeting of the Brown County Commissioners. The Project includes the following Work: 50,000 CY of Unclassified Excavation. Approximately 1.5 miles of grading. Additional items as set forth in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Brown County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Bids as set forth in the Bidding Documents. |
