Description | **The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The project is expected to be released for bid in September 2022** Design / Build Services for Addition/renovation of the Hudson Police Department 1 Constitution Dr. Hudson, New Hampshire This project is 100% funded by Town of Hudson. All questions with regard to the Invitation to Bid should be addressed to the attention of: Tad Dionne Hudson Police Department 1 Constitution Dr. Hudson, NH 03051 tdionne@hudsonnh.gov This Is a Renovation to Approximately 9,500 Square Feet of the Current Building and the Addition of Approximately 5,775 Square Feet. The Deadline for All Questions Shall Be at 10:00 a.m. On June 30, 2022. The Successful Bidder Shall Comply With All Applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws, Ordinances, Rules, Regulations, and Codes in the Performance of This Contract. The Bids Will Be Evaluated Based on Cost, Experience of the Firm, Project Approach, and Ability to Meet Schedule. The Town may choose to hold an interview with bidder's prior to making a final decision. All qualified bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, or national origin. The Town of Hudson is an equal opportunity employer. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. |
