Design Build Equipment Storage Shed at Fleet Maintenance Site

Design-Build firms and/or Design-Build Teams to furnish all design, labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and testing necessary for the construction of an Equipment Storage Shed at the Coweta County Fleet Maintenance Site in reasonable proximity to the site location depicted on the conceptual site plan provided by the County. It is the County’s desire that this building be steel framed and clad. The Major Items of Work Consist of: Field Survey of Building site to determine footing and building component dimensions Building Design including site layout and foundation design Grading and backfill Foundation Construction Building Construction
