Project Location: 25 East Congress Street, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866 B. Architect Identification: The Contract Documents, dated August 24, 2023 were prepared for the Project by Mesick Cohen Wilson Baker Architects, LLP, 388 Broadway, Albany, New York 12207. Telephone 518-433-9394. Contact person for the Architect shall be Mark R. Dahl. C. The Work consists of the following: 1. Base Bid Work: a. Parlor plaster wall and ceiling repair and restoration. b. Bar Room plaster wall and ceiling repair and restoration. c. Electrical re-wiring of designated light fixtures. D. Project will be constructed under a general construction prime contract. The project work site is located in Congress Park at 25 East Congress Street, Saratoga Springs, New York. The project includes all labor, materials, machinery, tools, scaffolding, equipment and other appurtenances, and all means and methods necessary to complete the work as described: Decorative wall and ceiling restoration in the Parlor and Bar Room including plaster repairs and painting, and light fixture rewiring as indicated in the plans and specifications.
