CR 1206 Waterline Replacement

Project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 6,540 LF of 6-inch C900 (DR18) PVC waterline, 35 LF of 12-inch bore and encasement, directional bores, and all associated appurtenances. The Contract Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Proposal, Bid Bond, Agreement, Performance and Payment Bonds, General Conditions, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Plans, and Specifications, may be examined at the following location: JACOB & MARTIN, LLC 1508 Santa Fe Drive, Suite 203, Weatherford, Texas 76086 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding of the contract. Contractors must purchase a set of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be considered a registered plan holder eligible to bid the project. Bid Bond: A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Johnson County SUD, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid.
