RFP - Citywide Pavement Management Program(PMP) 2023 Update

The goal of this PMP 2023 update is to update the information of the PMP 2021 report including, but not limited to, PCI, treatment, unit cost, and cost of all segments of the City's streets. The goal also includes providing the City with the final report that will be submitted to OCTA with the PMP information that is required as part of the City Measure M2 submittal. The City of La Habra completed the latest PMP report in May 2021. The purpose of this RFP is to contract with a consultant to prepare the Citywide Pavement Management Program 2023 Update and provide OCTA with the required documents no later than the due dates as stated above. The following is a general outline of the scope of work to be provided by the Consultant. While it is believed that this scope of services includes all elements essential to complete the PMP 2023 update and the required elements by OCTA, proposing firms are advised to include any items that they believe are required by OCTA and may have been overlooked. Proposing firms may also note any required items that they believe may be excessive or unnecessary. The cost of such items should be separately noted in their proposals. Final completed PMP 2023 Update shall be submitted no later than 3:00 PM, Friday, April 7, 2023. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
