Description

Library District, Cook County, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed qualifications for the following project(s): La Grange Park Public Library District Renovation. As of August 25, 2022, a construction manager has been selected. A timeline for sub contractor bidding has not been determined. Those submitting their qualifications will be required to comply with all laws including those related to employment of labor and the payment of local prevailing wage rates. Each Construction Manager shall satisfy the La Grange Park Public Library as to their ability, financial and otherwise, to perform the work specified. The La Grange Park Public Library reserves the right to reject any and all applicants, to waive any informalities in the process, and to make award to the Construction Manager, which, in its' opinion, is most advantageous to the La Grange Park Public Library.
