Ulta and Five Below / Onalaska

Innovative Construction Solutions Inc. (www.buildics.com) is the AWARDED GENERAL CONTRACTOR for redevelopment of the existing former Shopko in Onalaska, Wisconsin, which includes the new construction of a 10,036 SF warm dark shell for an Ulta Beauty, and new construction of a 9,672 shell building plus interior buildout for a Five Below. This work is being done for the landlord/developer. There will be additional work bid for the redevelopment of the former Shopko. That will be a separate bid package when plans are available. SCOPE & BIDDING NOTES: All Contractors: Please provide separate pricing in your quote for each store, and a combined price if you would be awarded both projects. It is not necessary to bid both stores in order to provide a quote. Both buildings will be under construction simultaneously. Site Contractors: Please note that no geotech information is available. Current site is either asphalt or concrete. Plumbing Contractors: Please refer to plan P-1 and not C1.3 for the Ulta water piping layout. The plan is to provide domestic water for Ulta and 3 of the new stores going into the former Shopko from the existing domestic water supply in Shopko. Five Below addition gets new water as shown.
