Separate SEALED BIDS for the construction of Construction of approximately 1500 Linear Feet of 10- foot-wide asphalt trail including grading, fill material, drainage piping, lighting, and striping All bids must include assurances that the following provisions will be complied with: 1. Federal Labor Standards Provisions, US Department of Labor, 29 CFR 5; 2. Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities, which assures the bidder does not maintain or provide any segregated facilities; comply with the terms of Section 504 and the American with Disabilities Act; 3. Equal Opportunity Provisions Executive Order 11246, as amended, which assures nondiscrimination; 4. Assurances that surety companies executing bonds appear on the Treasury Departments list and are authorized to transact business in the State where the project is located; 5. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required for Awardees in order to be awarded contracts. Awardees must go to Sam.gov to complete the registration process; 6. Must comply with Buy-American Provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ( 23 U.S.C.313 and CFR 635.410) .
