Hubbard County Highway Project

For the following projects listed below: PROJECT: SAP 029-649-002 LOCATED ON: CSAH 49 on Graceson Ave. in Akeley, MN. TYPE OF WORK: Mill Pavement, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk and Storm Sewer repairs and Bituminous Pavement. Approximate major items of work are: 1,000 Cu.Yd. Excavation - Common; 579 Cu.Yd. Select Granular Embankment (CV); 2,508 Sq. Yd. Mill Bituminous Surface; 565 Tons of Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (3, B); 298 Lin. Ft. of 18" RC Pipe Sewer Class III; 2,945 Sq. Ft. of 4" Concrete Walk; 1,000 Lin. Ft. Concrete Curb and Gutter B624; 11,416 Sq. Ft. of Site Restoration; 2,215 Lin. Ft. of 4" Solid Line Multi-Component. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond made payable to the Hubbard County Treasurer for at least 5% of the total amount of bid in the proposal. Bids must be returned in a Sealed Envelope and clearly labeled PROJECT NO. SAP 029-649-002 in the lower left-hand corner. The Hubbard County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to serve the best interests of Hubbard County. Prime Contractors who intend to Submit a Bid Proposal on this Contract must obtain a Plan and complete Proposal from the Hubbard County Highway Department to become a Plan Holder and receive addendums.
